You Are Welcome, Ladies


Named after one of Shannon's most famous saying, our YAWL class is reserved for ladies only.  The 8 week course of classes held one day per week, is designed to be modified so the most beginner of beginners can accomplish it, while the most seasoned of fitness nuts will find it challenging.

The old favorites "8 Minute Abs", "Pita", "Night of 1000 Squats" will be sifted in with new routines like "Angels and Arrows", "Heads, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes".  

All workouts can be accomplished with as much or as little impact as you like.  Even the good ol' Burpee can be modified so, you, yes, YOU, can do them.
