Designed with over 15 years of experience, our BEAST program is second to none.
Our individualized approach allows each athlete to receive instruction for their specific needs and is appropriate for their skill level. Age is irrelevant. Every day, Every Class, Every Athlete is provided instruction that will assist them in improving their athleticism.
Athletes of all ages (6 and up) benefit from training. Think for a moment, how cute your child was when they were 3 and ran across the room. Now think, when they are 12, they are still going to be running that way, UNLESS someone has taught them differently.
